Treat yourself or a loved one to this fun and creative workshop.
Learn how to use different piping nozzles and practice various design techniques before creating your own unique piped Lambeth style cake to take home and enjoy. You will also learn how to crumb coat and add a smooth buttercream finish to your cake plus you’ll get my recipes so you are equipped to make delicious cakes perfectly at home. Three 6” sponge layers will be provided, plus everything you will need to decorate your cake, and a box to take it home in! Refreshments will be available. 
*There is an option to bring your own 3 individually baked sponge cake layers if you wish, which we can level off at the workshop. The cost excluding the cakes will be £30
